This Privacy Policy describes how AutoRaise ("AutoRaise," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when you visit our website at AutoRaise.app, create an account, or use any of our services (collectively, the "Service"). 1.1 Account Information. When you sign up for AutoRaise, we collect information you provide directly, including:

Intake form responses, including details about your capital raise, deal structure, and target investor profile

1.2 Payment Information. We use third-party payment processors (including Lemon Squeezy and Stripe) to handle subscription billing. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or bank account details on our servers. Our payment processors may collect:

Credit or debit card number (processed and stored by the payment processor)
Billing name and address
Transaction history related to your AutoRaise subscription

1.3 Connected Account Data. To deliver the Service, you may authorize AutoRaise to connect to your Google and/or LinkedIn accounts. When you do so, we access only the data necessary to conduct outreach and manage your investor pipeline on your behalf, which may include:

Google: email sending capabilities, contact information, and calendar availability
LinkedIn: profile information, messaging capabilities, and connection data

We do not access connected accounts for any purpose beyond delivering the Service. We do not read personal emails unrelated to your capital raise, and we do not scrape or sell your contact lists.

1.4 Data Room Content. You may upload documents, pitch decks, financial models, and other materials to your AutoRaise data room. We store this content solely to make it accessible to investors you are engaging through the platform.

1.5 Usage Data. We automatically collect certain information when you interact with the Service, including:

IP address and approximate geolocation
Browser type, operating system, and device information
Pages viewed, features used, and actions taken within the platform
Referring URL and session duration
Cookies and similar tracking identifiers (see Section 6)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

Provide and operate the Service: including data room setup, AI-powered investor matching, automated outreach, and pipeline management
Process payments: manage your subscription, process billing, and handle refund requests
Communicate with you: send account notifications, service updates, support responses, and transactional emails
Improve the Service: analyze usage patterns, diagnose technical issues, and develop new features
Ensure security: detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access
Comply with legal obligations: respond to lawful requests from regulators, courts, and law enforcement

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

Service Providers: We share data with third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Service, including payment processors (Lemon Squeezy, Stripe), email delivery providers, hosting infrastructure, and analytics tools. Investor Outreach: When we conduct outreach on your behalf, limited information about you and your deal (such as your name, company, and summary deal terms) is shared with prospective investors. This is a core function of the Service and is performed only with your authorization.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of AutoRaise, our users, or the public.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or prominent notice on the Service before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. If you cancel your subscription, we will retain your data for a reasonable period to fulfill legal, accounting, and reporting obligations, after which it will be securely deleted or anonymized.

Data room content and uploaded documents are deleted within 90 days of account termination unless you request earlier deletion by contacting support@autoraise.app.

5. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL), access controls, and regular security assessments.
